Areca triandra needs shade when young and moist, well drained soil. This plant is a very attractive addition to any rainforest garden.
Description:
Areca triandra is a very attractive clustering palm to about 3 m tall, with light green stems and dark green fronds. It has fragrant, lemon scented, pale yellow flowers, which form into orange fruits about 25 mm long.
