Beccariophoenix madagascariensis is from Madagascar and grows there in the tropical rainforests in heights of up to 1000 meters.
Culture:
There is not much information of Beccariophoenix madagascariensis in cultivation but it seems that this palm requires a lot of iron and nitrogen as it tends to get anaemic.
Description:
Mature window pane palms may reach a height of about 8 metres with a head of pinnate leaves which grow 3 to 4 metres long.
Climate Zones:
Because of the high altitude this palm naturally grows in it is used to low night temperatures.
